Walks
There are many different walks to enjoy around Grantley, the best way to admire the beautiful countryside in North Yorkshire.
Nutwith Cote Heritage Walk
This walk is approximately 5.5km in length with one short steep ascent. Appropriate outdoor clothing is advised and you should be prepared for muddy areas. Allow 3 hours to complete. Park in the Woodland Trust car park above Hackfall off the Thorpe Road, north of Grewelthorpe.
Eavestone Lake walk
Starts from Grantley village. Why not park in the Grantley Arms car park and come back for lunch or an early evening dinner? Approximately 5 miles, moderate walk.
